yes right, but in the present context, and i am typing today on the 26th of may- i would quote surjit patar-( i dont hve unicode on this pc, so i will make do with roman letters) main kad kehna insaaf na mangg jaa’n eh ke haqq layee cherh na jangg par dushman di pehchan ta kar aiwen na katt apney hi angg.

True there.. But in present context, its caste divide that lies beneath the turmoil. The alienation of Dalits from hegemony of upper caste sikhs on mainstream sikhism has given rise to Dera culture. Thats justified Relegious places are for finding solace not for feeling excluded. The sikh militant diaspora has tried to keep its chauvanistic, purist approach towards sikhsim. and so we have seen Punjab burning once again.

Very true! Indeed, we have to fight for our rights and justice. It’s just like Darwin’s ‘survival of the fittest’. Thanks for sharing.
